Julita's supports Tanga Radio in Drugs abuse and AIDS/HIV awareness

Julita's was proud to support a recent event hosted by Tanga Radio in aid of drug abuse and AIDS/HIV awareness.

The exciting event took place on 28th August at Popetlal Secondary School and included different sports including football, netball, volleyball and there were speeches from various dignitaries promoting the awareness of drugs and HIV.

Julita had a stand at the event, and was happy to contribute sponsorship to such important local work.

18 months and still expanding !

Julita's has been open for 18 months and is delighted to be serving the residents of Tanga and beyond.

Recent developments include the purchase of new equipment and state of the art inventory software with bar code scanning.

Julita's welcomes customers to her beautiful air conditioned retail space from any time between 10am to 10pm.

Shop sign goes up - Julita is here !

With the help of an aging local fundi (called John), Julita's new sign is up at last !!!

First consignment of stock hits the shelves !

The first consignment of wine and spirits arrived half way through April, and Julita wasted no time getting them on to the shelves.

With the store opening date estimated mid May, many finishing touches have been attended to in the past few days, including a complete re-wiring of the shop electrics, and installation of fans and air conditioning.

More stock will be arriving in the next few weeks, including wines, spirits, cheeses and of course frozen quality meat.

The shop signs will be installed this weekend with pictures to follow!
